coated in our cider and BBQ reduction.
Dr Beef’s 10 hour pulled beef bun. Our slow smoked brisket cooks in the smoker for 10
hours, before it get pulled, and drenched in our smokey BBQ sauce. It’s served in a brioche bun
with house slaw and smoked cheddar.
Pulled pork bun. Pork shoulder smoked for hours, marinated, and basted with our smokey BBQ
sauce. Served in a soft brioche bun with red cabbage slaw.
The French Dipped. A slow roasted brisket cooked in a beer and paprika marinade. Sliced, and
served in a baguette with Swiss cheese and your own pot of cooking juice to dip as you go.
The Cuban. This cheeky number is bursting with flavour and meat! With lime and garlic
marinade, teamed with smoked ham, Swiss cheese, home pickled gherkins and dijonaise.
The Buffalo Chicken Sandwich. A chicken breast coated in our secret buffalo spice mix and
then BBQ’d to perfection before a liberal coating of our buffalo sauce. Finished in a brioche bun
with crisp lettuce and our cool white BBQ sauce.
Busters Beef Rib. Slow roasted rib In a chipotle and ale cooking liquor. Served with a wedge
salad and corn bread.
